Our Staff are talented and caring individuals committed to working with young children and adolescents in a Jewish environment. Program staff are trained and experienced in such fields as social work, education, recreation and management. Our unit and specialty supervisors are experienced and, where necessary, certified in their respective fields.

Staff Salary Range

Staff Position	Salary Criteria	Salary
Counselor Assistant	entering 11th grade-16 yrs old	$500.00
Counselor/specialist	entering 12th grade-17 yrs old	$1000.00
Counselor/specialist	entering Freshman in university-18 yrs old	$1200.00
Counselor/specialist	entering Sophomore in university-19 yrs old	$1500.00
Counselor/specialist	entering Junior in university-20 yr old	$1750.00
Counselor/specialist	entering Senior in university-21 yrs old	$2000.00
Trip staff	depending on age and experience	$1200-1700
Supervisors and up	depending on age and experience	$2500.00

Canadian and international salaries may vary.
Days off from 6:30 pm-12:00 noon the following day.
